10K Run (Training)

Running LogFinally started training for my 10k-run today, ran 5 km in a bit over half-an-hour, felt good.  The real run will be on Nov. 20th, I have about 3 weeks to train up myself.

I started logging my runs, it will mark my progress for as long as I continue to run.  If my body doesn’t fail me, I wish to finish a full marathon one day.
