Running
Almost fully recovered from my cold/flu, managed to run 12K at a slow pace in this morning’s running practice. Running seems more joyful when I run slowly at my own pace.

Completed 14K, my longest run ever!! That’s 2/3 of a half-marathon, 1/3 more to train up in a month’s time… Running long distance doesn’t seem as bad when I run slowly at my own pace.
