Doctor said I can go home and continue the medication tomorrow!! =)

A little reflection of the 10+ days of hospitalized experience:
I believe this is God’s way of telling me to rest and reconnect with Him.

When I was suffering from continuous high fever, feeling most vulnerable with the thought of death crossing my mind, I recall this bible verse “Be still, and know that I’m God”.

When I question why I’m suffering from such a rare disease (Adult-onset Still’s Disease, AOSD), a disease that is not known for its cause nor preventable, I recall this verse “你們得救在乎歸回安息； 你們得力在乎平靜安穩； ”

During my stay in the hospital, I cherish the quiet hours and rekindled my joy of reading the bible, I’ve finished reading Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Songs, Isaiah, and now continuing into Jeremiah…

The road to recovery is still somewhat unpredictable at this point, but I trust that I’m in good hands, and I thank God for this little detour in life.
