Left work slightly early to visit the peaceful rally in Admiralty. I was there also to hopefully observe and photograph the lunar eclipse for the first time, unfortunately it was a cloudy night and the moon was veiled most of the time. The more I visit the Government Headquarter the more I seem to love its architecture and landscaping.
The peaceful rally seemed to have come to an embarrassing time. The government and many well-respected people urged the students to leave the occupied area and rest, but how can you convince them to leave without any positive response from the Government, they suffered from pepper spray and tear gases and stayed out on the street for more than a week, all this for nothing?!
Continue to pray… pray that the students would have the courage and perseverance to pursue their ideals while the Government would learn to open up their closed gates and start listening to the voice of its people.
