My father, niece and nephews, sister, and brother-in-law are back from their Canada vacation. The kids had a blast, but the adults must had endured a tiresome 20+ days. Regardless, I’m just glad that they’re back safe and sound.
One of my worrying anticipation couldn’t be avoided – after seeing my sister’s family in Toronto, my father’s fervent anti-christian character returned. I don’t know the details of how my sister became a stumbling block and turned my father into such an anti-christian many years ago, but it just seems like my weekly prayers for my parents since the new year was a bit meaningless. And to make things even more complicated, my eldest nephew, who openly confesses his christian faith, has yet to reveal the good characters of a believer, he even made my father cry during the trip!
Oh Lord, please be merciful to my family.
