Read a book on planting green roofs and living walls.  It’s just part of the preliminary readings for my proposed independent study.

There’s a part of me that is reserved just for plants – succulents, bonsai, and even freshwater species…  I remember how much I used to envy the school gardeners for spending their days caring for plants.   I also remember how I almost ended up studying landscape architecture instead of my current program.  Thinking about it, a career involving horticulture might not be a bad idea…
