Walk into an electrical appliance store in HK and I’m sure you can easily find a vast amount of indoor air purifier options. This to me reflects how badly polluted the air in HK is. I don’t like the idea of electrical indoor air purifier. Since most electricity is generated from burning coal, those devices would indirectly cause more air pollution outside, and with that you’ll probably need more indoor air purifiers. A vicious cycle indeed.
Why buy an air purifier when some simple indoor plants are more than adequate for the job? They don’t harm the environment, and they’re much more pleasing to the eyes too! You don’t need to trust me, just take a look at this video.
